My journey with meditation began at the age of 15, when I visited the Buddhist monastery Plum Village in France. There, I had the incredible opportunity to meet and speak with Thich Nhat Hanh (who is known as the "father of mindfulness"), whose words inspired me to dive deeper into mindfulness and bring it more into my daily life.
At 18 years, I travelled to India and visited Dharamshala (the residence of the Dalai Lama). I made friends with Buddhist nuns there, joined their classes, and attended Dharma talks with the Dalai Lama. During that time, I also started learning more about Tibet’s history by meeting exiled Buddhist Tibetan nuns. These experiences have left a lasting mark on me, and I am deeply grateful for them.
Teaching
I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, accredited by both the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. I completed a two-year teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, which combined intensive practice, study, and teaching experience. I have led mindfulness courses, guided meditations at seminars, and continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing training, such as courses with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
My vision
I love sharing mindfulness with everyone I meet. I dream of a world where every child has the chance to learn meditation, and I hope to contribute to that vision. Mindfulness has taught me to live more fully, handle difficult emotions with grace, and appreciate every moment of life. Learning more about meditation and helping others discover it is one of the main purposes of my life.
Alongside my mindfulness journey, I study physics and conduct climate research, driven by the same intention: to make the world a better place for all sentient beings.
