I believe poems can be little invitations — to pause, to feel, to come home.
Sometimes a few words are enough to shift something inside us.
To soften. To notice. To remember what matters.
Here you’ll find a collection of poems that have moved me, helped me stay present or reminded me of the love that’s always here. Some are written by others (as indicated), some are my own. All are shared with the hope that they might touch something in you, too.
Take what resonates. Leave the rest. Come back whenever you need.

I feel like a flower bud that is too shy to blossom.
- inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh
Raindrops are like
Love letters from the sky
Breathing in, I calm body and mind.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment
I know this is the only moment.
― Thich Nhat Hanh
I feel like the universe collapsed
Expaned
Like a relapse.
A dance of light and shadow.
Twinkling stars.
Giving flowers to the deer that passes me
Smiling at each other.
We depart.
Full-hearted.
Give your whole self
To those you love
And allow for the possibility for your heart to be shattered into pieces
Choose your loved ones wisely
To be the ones
That take good care of your heart
I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness
the astonishing light of your own being
― Hafez
Let your inner child out
Dancing through the forest
Hugging trees
Smelling flowers
Watching little ants
Lying on the gras
Looking at the stars
I live.
I’m grateful.
I love.
I’m grateful.
I’m loved.
I’m grateful.
Love After Love
The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
― Derek Walcott
Why is this wonder so easy to forget
Like only fleetingly passing by
Taking a glimpse of it
This miraculous feeling of oneness
Permeating the whole of my body
No beginning. No end
So many beautiful people in this world
Like my heart cannot take it
Shaking ready to explode
So full
It might fly away any second
Like floating to link with other hearts
In reunion
A dance of love
Fiesta à la compassion
Sometimes the dark thoughts are so heavy
That I feel like they will never end
But yet time after time
The sun is always waiting behind the clouds
Even if you cannot see it
I hope you will still be here
When the imperfections start to show
When we truly see each other
Soul to soul
